Since its beginning in 1927, Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association has grown and diversified over the years to serve individual and community needs. A program that began with one nurse, today employs a staff of 55 and provides skilled nursing, home health aides, therapy, corporate and community health screens, flu and pneumonia immunizations, foot care clinics and correctional health services.
The role of Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association (KVNA) is more important than ever as patients spend less time in the hospital, the population continues to age and the demand for home health care increases. KVNA provides care to individuals regardless of age, illness or ability to pay. As a nonprofit organization, KVNA relies on the support of individuals and corporations in the community to continue its long time tradition of care.
